Cancelation & Late Policy

Should you need to cancel an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice from your scheduled appointment time. You will be charged the full payment if you do not arrive to your appointment, or if you fail to give notice that you will be late 15 minutes beyond your scheduled session.

Please understand that the practitioner is not under any obligation to extend your treatment session, and you agree that you are responsible to pay for the full time booked with the practitioner even if you are late. Your appointment time is reserved for you only.

If you miss an appointment or are unable to give 24 hours to change/cancel your appointment, you agree to pay the practitioner the full payment for the booked appointment time.

Payment policy

It is our policy that you pay the full session fee at the time of each session unless purchased in a package.

If deemed medically necessary, unused sessions may be refunded/exchanged for alternate services at the sole discretion of the company.

Requests for reimbursement/exchanges must be received in writing with medical justification provided.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

Per HIPPA compliance, I authorize the release of medical records or other health care information including chart notes, reports, correspondence, billing statements, and other written information to my attorneys, healthcare providers for the processing of claims.

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian during the entire session. Informed written consent must be provided by the parent/legal guardian for any client under the age of 18.
